Dynaccurate AI
Dynaccurate was developed to manage complex mappings between health ontologies, specifically to solve the issue of semantic interoperability in health and life sciences. However, the AI is so effective that it can also be used with controlled vocabularies in any domain, such as legal, technical or military.

By managing the mappings between ontologies, terminologies and vocabularies, Dynaccurate AI allows for data which has originated in one system to be interoperable with another system. 'Chest Pain' in one system will be read as - for example - 'Thoracic Pain' in another system, without any change to underlying data itself.

Our technology allows you to:
-
Transfer complex data between systems and sites
-
Federate data sources at the meta-level
-
Provide semantic interoperability between sites
-
Incorporate legacy data, and future proof new data

The technology is:
-
Plug-and-play - as an expert systems AI it requires no training
-
Easy to trial - we will be happy to examine any files you have
-
A fraction of the cost of ML solutions

Product Specifications
Dynaccurate can be accessed via API or via a web-based GUI. In Q2/Q3 of 2022 it will be available via MS Azure Marketplace. It is radically more effective than existing technology, requiring no 'workarounds' and with a high level of accuracy and confidence in results.
'Diff' Function
Dynaccurate will calculate the changes to any ontology or vocabulary uploaded against the prior version held in the system.
'Remapping' Function
Dynaccurate will analyse the changes within ontologies or vocabularies and will decide whether those changes impact on their mappings. Dynaccurate will then isolate those impacted mappings and propose remappings to the end-users.
Sensitivity scale
To allow for more sensitivity in remapping, Dynaccurate has a sensitivity scale which allows end-users to set the sensitivity of remappings more appropriate to their terminologies or vocabularies.
File Format
Dynaccurate uses .csv and .ttl (turtle) file formats currently. Concepts are expressed using semantic webs standards (RDF) and mappings are expressed with SKOS labels.
Workflow
Dynaccurate provides a complete record of all changes carried out and a validation queue to review all changes.
