About
We are a group of Artificial Intelligence, Informatics and Interoperability experts who started our journey in a series of campus research projects. Our mission is to introduce the next generation of AI and Interoperability technologies to the market. We work across a number of industry domains, specifically health but also biotechnology and defence.

Background
Dr Silvio Cardoso, CTO, was focussing on how to develop interoperability tools for clinical data, and subsequently partnered with with Dermot Doyle, CEO, to commercialise the technology. The team won funding from the Luxembourg National Research Fund (FNR) in 2020 and then successfully applied to, and graduated from, the national start-up support programme called Fit4STart, run by Luxinnovation in 2022, and providing €150,000 of matching funding. Overally we have benefitted from close to€2m of funding, beginning with €1.1m of projects that funded Silvio's PhD in the area of Knowledge Graphs and Bio-informatics, and then close to €1m of direct funding from the Luxembourg National Research Fund, Luxembourg Fit4Start, Open Health Labs and NGI Sargasso as well as client revenues and investments.

Our Vision for Health
Our vision is one where complex data is linked permanently for the good of all. In health, this means embedding interoperability, Artificial Intelligence and Semantic Technologies into the heart of the medical data - the patient record system. By doing so, we provide mastery over one of the most complex areas of data, and accelerating and improving patient care, clinical trials, research and the development of new clinical AI. But we also believe these complex technologies much be packaged in user friendly formats, and part of a full-stack approach to health data and health care.

We don't just build technology, we also help shape standards. Dynaccurate has contributed to standards discussions in both Luxembourg, where Dermot was Chair/Co-Chair of the Gaia-X Luxembourg Working Groups on Trusted AI and Standards & Interoperability, and also in the UK, where the company made a presentation at the NHS England sponsored INTEROPen Hackathon on medicines interoperability. Recently we also proposed the creation of a single medications index for the entire EU to the European Commission. We have recently been joined by Kevin Mayfield, who is by far one of the UK's most practiced integration and interoperability experts whose career has been dedicated to the practical integration of health systems in the UK NHS.

Biotechnology
Health and Biotechnology are very closely related areas, both requiring exact data management capabilities, particularly in the area of Knowledge Graphs for data retrieval and development of new AI tools and capabilities. A number of our applications for the health sector have a dual use across the biotechnology sector.

Defence Sector
Artificial Intelligence has become the backbone of the defence sector over the course of the last decade, with AI becoming fully integrated into various value chains. This trend will only continue into the future, and Dynaccurate continue to examine the application of AI in various resilience and defence domains.

Consulting and Research
Dynaccurate is also ready to assist other organisations with their goals, be they public sector, private organisations or startups. We have long experience across the spectrum, building on our co-founders prior experience as a consultant as well our cutting edge knowledge in the area of AI and data management. We have also helped clients to raise money for their projects. Reach out if you want to engage us, or cooperate in a relevant R&D sector. We'll be happy to discuss it with you.
