Chemotherapy System for
Regional Hospital

Daugavpils Regional Hospital is the largest regional hospital in Latvia, serving the country’s second largest city of Daugavpils. Dynaccurate was engaged to begin work on an oncology platform for the hospital. This project was funded by central funds from the Latvian National Health Service (NHS) on a six-month trial project. We were asked to develop several modules of a Chemotherapy application, to include editable chemotherapy templates which could be assigned to individual patients.

Dynaccurate successfully delivered all technology in scope by October 2023 within a development window of only six months. In addition to developing the chosen technical modules for Chemotherapy Treatment (templates and cycles) and Medications Management, we additionally used our technology to map the local chemotherapy medications to international standards, provided a SharePoint Project Management site for mutual use and project KPIs and Issue Tracking, and ran the project within a PRINCE2 project environment, using Agile Sprints for development. Through our SharePoint site, we provided regular updates, flagged issues maintained the project administration.

Furthermore, we were able to advise the hospital on new technologies entering the market, especially with relation to Artificial Intelligence. The hospital was delighted with our work on the project, as were we!
