Previously he has worked for Deloitte and PwC, as well as serving as Chair/Co-Chair of the Gaia-X Luxembourg Working Groups on Trusted AI and Standards & Interoperability. 

Expert in Bioinformatics, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing and Recommender systems. Rafael works as a Product Manager, translating clinical requirements into software concepts, including data modelling & interoperability.

Francisco is a Medical Doctor who graduated from Adnan Menderes University in Turkey and due to graduate with two PhDs in Public Health and Medical Parasitology. He began work with Dynaccurate in 2023, assisting the firm with clinical and market research.

Silvio is a health data expert, having developed our initial interoperability capabilities as a PhD in Luxembourg, before co-founding Dynaccurate. He is a Data Engineer, Bioinformatics and AI expert. Developed interoperability AI during his PhD studies in Luxembourg.

Luis Soares is our Senior Fullstack Developer and Software Engineer, responsible for application delivery. He has delivered most of our recent projects and products, leading the development team in high quality product production, testing and finalisation.

Kevin Mayfield is one of the UKs most experienced Health Data interoperability and integration experts. A Health Integration Architect (IHE and HL7), his entire career has been devoted to health data integrations, migrations and interoperability challenges.
